INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE
This is your swim, your way. Select from our traditional 400m up to 5k, or set your own challenge distance. This year, with our MySwimathon campaign – it’s all about celebrating our return to swimming, together!
Swim caps will be posted to you before your swim and medals sent to you after you record your results (in 4 batches between now and end of November).



TEAM CHALLENGE
You can take part with your friends and family too. Just choose our team event. Select from our 1.5k or 5k challenges or set your own challenge distance. Then it’s about deciding how you share the lengths between you!
Swim caps will be posted to you before your swim and medals sent to you after you record your results (in 4 batches between now and end of November).



Complete your challenge from today – Saturday 31 October at any pool or open water venue that suits you
Choose to swim one of the set challenges or your own preferred distance. It’s your swim, your way!
You will receive a swimming cap and medal to mark your return to swimming
